Typically, I do not send proofs. My items require a simple name and age change.. the information is very minimal and sending proofs is time consuming and holds up the shipping process..especially if a buyer does not respond after receiving the photo. The United States Postal Service has a policy which requires a package to be

1/4 inch thick to qualify for tracking services. My orders do not meet this criteria. I must send my orders using regular postage stamps. This is exactly the way that you would send a payment to a utility company through the mail. As long as your address on file is exactly correct, your order will arrive.
