1865 General Order 14 printed form re: Major General Ord [FP.99]

1865 printed copy of General Order #14 from the War Department, printed "signature" of E.D. Townsend, order assigning Major General E.O.C. Ord as commander of the Department of Virginia.  Nice civil war document, tipped to album page at left.
